Join the Time Bank Community
We love to welcome new members to our community. Our aim is to build connections and trust between people and strengthen our communities and neighborhoods. Creating and maintaining a sharing and flourishing community of volunteers makes everyone's life better and happier.
We have worked hard to make joining the Time Bank of the Rockies a simple and straightforward process.

Apply
Please fill out the online application form. The application is short and easy. All you need is two adult references.
If you prefer a paper application, you can download it here, fill it out and mail it to TBR, PO Box 85, Montrose, CO, 81402. Alternatively, give us a call at 970-964-9680 to mail a copy to you or to learn when the next presentation is scheduled.

Annual Membership Donation
A monetary donation helps TBR cover basic operating costs. We greatly appreciate your donation and strive to return its value to you in quality Time Bank service.
You can make an online payment through our secure PayPal account by selecting your membership level and clicking the Pay Now button. Alternatively, you can mail a check to TBR, PO Box 85, Montrose, CO, 81402
If you prefer, and in the spirit of time exchange, you may also donate four volunteer hours helping the Time Bank. If this is your choice, simply fill out and submit the application in step 1, then contact TBR to coordinate your volunteer hours.

Reference Check
For your own safety as well as that of our members, we check all references. Your two non-relatives will be emailed or asked to complete the reference form that will be processed with your application.

New Member Orientation
Once the office has received your application and completed forms from your references, you will be invited to select one of the upcoming orientations to attend. These orientations are held on a monthly basis and are required for all members in order to gain access to the time bank. The first time you login to the time banking platform you will need to accept our [x] Liability Release Form along with the hOurworld.org [x] Terms of Service and [x] Privacy Policy

After these steps are done, you will be able to start exchanging hours with our members!
